The San Diego Model Railroad Association (SDMRRA) is one of the principal exhibitors within the San Diego Model Railroad Museum. The museum is located at 1649 El Prado in San Diego’s Balboa Park. The museum is in the basement. The museum is usually closed to the public on Monday.

The San Diego Model Railroad Museum charges admission for access to the various layouts. See the museum website at www.sdmrm.org for information about hours of operation, pricing and special events.

The San Diego Model Railroad Association performs maintenance and new construction on Friday nights. If you have already visited the museum during normal operation hours on Friday, and are interested in a work session, please stick around after museum closing and talk to our members. No small children please for safety reasons.
